- What are your delivery charges?
Through the courier service there will be a minimum charge of £12.50 for the first 20 kg of your order, then 25p per kg thereafter.
The charge for orders delivered from our in house delivery service will be charged at £10.
There are no delivery charges on orders over £300.
- How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to deliver orders within 3 working days. However please call the office to be advised more specifically on the delivery of your order.
- What is the minimum amount per order?
We do not have a minimum order amount.
- How can I pay for my order?
We accept Cash, BACS, Credit Card, Debit Card or Cheque
- Can I have an account with you?
You will need to fill out an Account Opening Form and return it to the office. To request a form please Call 01782 747713 or use the Contact Page.
- Do you sell to the public?
Unfortunately we do not sell to the public, however we will gladly advise you about available retailers in your area.
- Do you have a showroom?
The OCR Showroom is located next our Warehouse and showcases a selection of lines for you to view. Feel free to organise a visit by contacting us. See the showroom.
- Do you hold any stock?
We operate from a 30,000 square foot fully stocked warehouse based in Stoke on Trent. To check stock availability please contact us.
- Can I pick up my orders in person?
You may pick up your orders from the warehouse in person.
